How do I check my wash club card balance?
Visit StoreCard.com and enter:
your wash card number
the captcha shown on screen
your card PIN number
Once entered, you’ll be able to view your current card balance and transaction history.
How do I create an online account?
After entering your card information at StoreCard.com, you can create an online account by entering:
your email address
a password of your choice
security questions and answers
Creating an account allows you to manage your wash cards, reload online, and configure additional account features.
What can I do inside the customer portal?
Once logged into your account, you can:
view your wash card balance
review transaction history
reload your card
configure auto-reload
manage multiple cards under one account
update account information and payment methods
What options are available under "Reload”?
Under the “Reload” section, you can:
complete a one-time reload
configure automatic reloads for your wash card
When entering a reload amount, the system will automatically apply the additional 30% reload value to your card balance at checkout.
Auto-reload helps ensure your card balance is always ready when needed.
How does the additional 30% reload value work?
Whenever you reload your wash card online, the system will automatically apply an additional 30% value to your reload amount during checkout.
Example:
Reload $100
Receive $130 in wash value
No promo code or special action is required.
What options are available under "Manage Cards”?
The “Manage Cards” section allows you to:
add additional wash cards to your account
remove wash cards
create nicknames for cards
manage auto-reload settings
assign or update credit cards used for reloading
This is especially useful for family or fleet accounts managing multiple vehicles.
What options are available under “Account Settings”?
Within “Account Settings,” you can:
update personal information
change your password
update security questions
change your email address
configure multi-factor authentication
manage payment methods on file
Can I manage multiple wash cards under one account?
Yes. Family and fleet accounts can manage multiple wash cards under one account for added convenience and simplified account management.
Is auto-reload available?
Yes. Customers can optionally configure auto-reload through the customer portal to automatically add funds when balances become low.
Do all Super Wash locations use the same Club Cards?
Not all locations use the same card type. Our standard online Super Wash Club Cards are accepted at the participating locations listed on this site. Some locations offer Single Location Cards, which are valid only at the location selected and are handled separately.
